Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (EST).

Pre-made orders placed after business hours on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.


Custom Orders

Custom artwork requires additional time and care. Custom orders are typically completed within 7–10 business days, though timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project and current studio workload.

Please note that custom artwork is created by hand and does not follow expedited timelines. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Preorder Items

Preorder items are produced specifically for each release and ship according to the timeline provided at the time of purchase.

Preorder items are not eligible for Priority or Express shipping. Estimated ship dates are subject to change.


Shipping Methods & PO Boxes

Orders shipping to PO Box addresses will be sent via USPS.

Shipping carriers and methods are selected based on order type, destination, and availability.


Lost or Stolen Packages

LindseyTyn Artworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact lindseytynartworks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Emails regarding damage claims should be titled:
ATTENTION: DAMAGE

Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.


Address Accuracy

Please review all shipping information carefully before submitting your order. LindseyTyn Artworks is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
