All order-related inquiries — including damage claims or order issues — must be submitted via email to:

To ensure your request can be reviewed efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Messages sent via Instagram or other social media platforms cannot be used to process claims.


All Sales Are Final

LindseyTyn Artworks creates original artwork, specialty acrylic pieces, prints, and hand-painted collectibles. Due to the artistic nature of all products, all sales are final.

This includes:

  • Acrylic artwork and blocks

  • Hand-painted pieces

  • Art prints (including gold leaf or specialty finishes)

  • Hand-painted nutcrackers

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.


Damages During Shipping

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must email lindseytynartworks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Each claim is reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.


Order Errors

If you believe an error was made on our end (such as receiving the incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
